Heat is a very common yet very scary issue to deal with. The heat in texas is no joke. Us texas citizens must take all the prococious neccessary to make sure we are will highdrated and avoid getting sunbrunt. The sun in texas gets so hot that people can't even follow through with completing daily yard work. I was having a conversation with my boss the other day at work and he had mentioned to me that he sefered from a "heat stroke" while simply "changing the oil on his truck"; which caused him to pass out. One of the leading causes of this heat strokes is hot and heavy metals. So one should do their best to try and avoid heavy metals when out in the heat.
