Abandonment It Hurts

My Mother is leaving our family starting tomorrow, at nine in the morning. I wonder where I went wrong… Was I too needy? No never. It's my siblings who are too loud and too rumbunctious. She was losing her mind with them, but why didn’t she take me?
All jokes aside, my mother didn’t abandon us; well, she is, for five days. Then we will be joining her in California. My mother is going on a road trip to Vegas with her siblings (She is one of eight). Then we will join her in California on the 20th. She said “I couldn't come”, she said “it was a sibling trip”So rude…. I love her anyways! I'll forgive her just this one time (maybe more to come, who knows, only time will tell).
We are going to California to see my dad’s side of the family, who say we abandoned them when we moved to Texas nineteen years ago. So it's mandatory we visit every other year. Or we suffer the consequences of my Aunt Meesook. I’m joking, of course. Though she can be terrifying when she wants to be. Moving along, we are going to have a wonderful vacation there. We always enjoy seeing more of our family (and them telling us we grew very tall [Except for Jessica as she is the shortest member of the family]). I hope to chat soon. Maybe I can talk about California next time.
