Are Democratics Panicking?

President Biden had a challenging debate, he was weak and showed signs of age, his ability to speak has caused concerns if he is fit to run or not, is he available to lead effectively or not? While he did have some strong points and showed us that he is experienced and resilient, running the office does require cognitive sharpness, shifting the public's view on the democratic party, and is discouraged.
