As human beings we have a responsibility to give back and help others in any means we are able to do so. This is a virtue that I fully believe in, one that will help us as a species thrive.

Looking after one another is how we establish trust and respect within our society, two vital elements in a properly developed and thriving community. I was happy to come across this article where Meals on Wheels of Collin County distributes 'survival kits' for seniors affected by storms, it sure did bring a smile to my face. If you're a local to the area you can attest that certain April did not bring its showers till May, therefore I guess we will see JUNE-flowers instead of -bring May flowers-, (I hope the readers get my reference). My family interacted with a handful of individuals affected by the thunderstorms in the recent past, from hail damage on roofs and cars to trees falling and housing burning to the ground. As a community, we are much stronger when we stick up for one another and support each other in times of need. FOX claims over "1700 meals for seniors in need" were distributed. Among meals, some other items were distributed such as water bottles and flashlights.
