news outlets are different everywhere. thats why there are some that are preffered more than others. in the end, it is all preference. here we are comparing The Daily Mail and Google News, we are paying attention to aesthetics, information, and variety. what makes these outlets so inportant? they're users go-to, they may even be downloaded on useers smartphones due to their reliability amongst them.
Daily Mail
right off the bat, we are bombarded by ADS and information regarding cellebrities. if you are interested in the superficiality of other peoples lives and click bait stories then this news outlet is perfect for you! all jokes aside, i feel as if this news outlet is mainly for entertainment purposes. it provides a bit of information regarding issues but it is mainly gossip.
Google News
google news gives more information regarding politics, science, local and world news. there is a tab that shows other news outlets, so, its not only google! they give us options. there are no ADS or irrelevant pop ups. it gets straight to the point.
they both are sources of information, its truly based on preference and what you are interested feeding into. they are different in many ways, daily mail gives off TMZ vibes, compared to google news giving us straight news, no bullshit.
