There was an incident that took place where Teriana Audry Atkinson, aged twenty-six years old was connected to the crime of man's fentanyl overdose back in 2022. She was indicted with one count, felony; distributing a controlled substance causing death. But on Wednesday in the Douglas County District Court, Terriana Atkinson plead "no contest" for a reduced charge. "However, as part of her plea agreement with the state, the charge was reduced to a lower-level drug felony, distribution of a controlled substance.
Judge Sally Pokorny accepted Atkinson’s plea and ordered her to appear for sentencing on Sept. 20."
