For Journalists to improve and become great, they have to take different information about the world and meet other peers from foreign countries. Leezel Tanglao says in The Nieman Lab www.niemanlab.org/2023/12/journalists-will-look-for-answers-outside-the-news-industry/"It's "It's only confirmed to me how much more we, as US journalists working in both local and national outlets, have much to learn from our colleagues from Europe, Asia, and the Americas when it comes to reaching underserved communities and those working in adjacent and completely industries altogether." She shares her experiences meeting people worldwide and how hearing their opinions changed her perspective and work as a journalist. She also states that every journalist, in order to be successful, needs to look for answers outside the industry.
