Sonoro is a media company that produces podcasts primarily in English and Spanish. It was cofounded by Camila Victoriano and the main premise of the company is to do journalism through podcasts. The company mainly focuses on the Latino community and their stories through audio instead of visually like may other companies already do. This type of journalism involves anecdotes to be able to bring issues more awareness. The personal stories help the listener connect on a more personal level and because it focuses on the Latino community, there is more representation for them.
