Art: the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination... (Oxford Languages).  There is such a broad spectrum of Art. Paintings, sculptures, glass art, dancing, and music are all wonderful art selections to enjoy. Creating something significant is no simple task. Imagine the first time Van Gough laid eyes on his finished piece, Stary Night. He did not predict its full impact on those who gazed upon it. While paintings are the first form that pops into our heads when art is mentioned, music is also impactful not only abstractly but also scientifically. “The Mozart Effect” was first suggested in 1993 in a study conducted by psychologist Francis Rauscher at the University of California in Irvine. Students assigned to listen to a piano sonata composed by Mozart scored higher on a spatial reasoning test compared to those who did not” (Ngo 1). The “Mozart Effect” is not limited to compositions of the great Mozart himself but also to other musical ensembles. If the music is not overly complex and distracting, soft music aids the human brain to focus. Instead of grabbing coffee before settling into a quiet study session, try playing soft classical, Lofi, or jazz piano or instrumental music in the background. The great composers of old and the new age creative writers of today do not realize their positive effect on society.
