Sarah Koenig, an American journalist, is best known for her podcast called Serial. During each season of her podcast, she takes a deep dive into different true crime cases. She has expertise in the field of journalism, and she gained popularity during her previous podcast, This American Life. Season one follows the disappearance of Hae Min Lee. Sarah Koenig "sorted through thousands of documents, listened to trial testimony and police interrogations." She then uses the information gained to reveal the true mystery of Hae Min Lee's disappearance. The podcast is currently on season 4 and many listeners are hoping for a 5th season in the series.
