Do you ever think about who is the absolute worse driver on the road is in Dallas? After interviewing some locals, first place has been determined. No, it is not the drivers on the road who "don't know how to drive because they don't ever miss a turn"( Mr. Holgado). It is not the drivers Mrs. Parsiani says "are terrible to be on the road with because they don't know where their blinkers are". The worst drivers to be on the road with are drunk drivers. I asked a local who they think are the worst drivers on the road are and they replied with "drunk drivers". I asked him why and he replied "because I've been one. I'm saving up my money to save up for bail because I have 3 DUI's. But I'm one of the lucky one's because I didn't take a life." I asked him why he would drink and drive and risk people's lives and he replied "I was stupid one too many times, and I never learned my lesson". He was right. Drunk drivers are the cause for about 32% of automobile deaths a year. I asked my interviewees ways they think would stop people from drinking and driving and they said to scare them. By telling tragic loss stories, by teaching them from a young age how wrong it is, and by teaching their kids how to drink responsibly.
