Why does communication matter? The mind immediately concludes that communication is conducted through words, actions, or silent looks... While this may be logically correct, these are simply the transportation systems our thoughts ride on to arrive in others' minds, not necessarily what makes it valuable. In other words, actions, glances, and words are merely the means we use to communicate, not what communication is at its raw core. Some may argue otherwise, but communication is merely valuable because of the meaning behind it. Not that words themselves are worth so much because one can speak gibberish, and it is worth nothing. They may be saying tons of words, but without meaning, it is not worth a red cent. C.S. Lewis once explained, "You can make anything by writing." Ironically, in little words, he added monuments value to what we say, how we say it, and to whom.
