Words Matter

Most of us watched the 2024 presidential debate between former President Trump and current President Biden. One of the most alarming sentences to me was said by Trump to President Biden: "Actually, Israel is the one (that wants to keep going), and you should let them go and let them finish the job. He (Biden) doesn’t want to do it. He's become like a Palestinian, but they don't like him because he's an evil Palestinian. He's a weak one," after the war in Gaza killed 38000 civilians, mostly kids, such inflammatory, dehumanizing language isn't acceptable. Just a couple of days before the debate, a woman tried to draw and kill a three-year-old kid after she found out that he was a Palestinian, so words matter and can cause the death of innocents.
