Born Human or Become Human?

As far as games with powerful messages, Detroit: Become Human is by far one of the hardest hitting. You start off playing 3 robots in a world where they are slaves to humans. One is sent to help a detective on cases involving other robots, the second is an assistant to an elderly gentleman that truly cares for him like a son, and the last is a female that is a servant in the

home of a poorer family. Throughout their trials you can make decisions that decide the future of the game. There are many different endings which is interesting, but the main point of the game is their uprising to be treated as sentient beings with rights. “There are some more-interesting comparisons between the androids and the United States' history of injustices. Specifically, in one midgame plot point, Kara meets up with Rose and her son Adam; these are two African-American humans working to help smuggle deviants across the border to Canada, where the use of androids as workers and household companions is far less common.” (Freedman, Andrew E.
