Viewing this photo brings back memories of when my father and I used to go mountain biking on trails when we were younger. It started my love for motorcycles and is the reason I raced dirt bikes. It set a core memory to me by starting a hobby that I could use for the rest of my life. It also started my creative point of view of life, I now like to go hike trails, and go for walks with my girlfriend to somewhere unfamiliar. The benefits of mountain biking is that it can increase your cardio and stamina. I usually will bike around after a workout as a cool down for my body.
