Have you ever been browsing through Facebook or any other app and saw a heading or link that happened to catch your eye, but ended up just being clickbait? It can be quite annoying, right? Well here is some good news for those of you who are bothered by it. Facebook is doing something to prevent this from happening as often. The actions being taken include the articles or links being reported and taken down, but other languages are having actions being taken against them as well. "It also announced earlier this month that it would reduce the prevalence of spam and links to sites with terrible ad experiences"(Statt, 2022).
