Fake news in today's era is quite common. But the reasons why people spread false information are quite different. Passing incorrect information now is pretty straightforward, and there are a lot of reasons people apply false news, and some of those reasons are "bias and social media algorithms." People who work for news sources are a great example of this. Their main goal is to push out news first, And sometimes, they don't care if the information they are putting out on social media is true or false. Their job is to get the news out first, or their job could be put in jeopardy. And most of those news providers would use a mix of logos, pathos and ethos to convince the reader that their information is true.
