When it comes to interesting journalists, I believe that Robert Fisk was one of the more well known journalists. He seemed to be a very daring and charismatic journalist. He seemed to use rhetorical strategies such as narrating. He was able to be more in depth with this strategy because he spoke multiple languages. Fisk was fluent in Arabic and was able to interview Osama bin Laden before he became infamous. Robert was able to narrate his findings in Robert Fisk on Afghanistan: Osama bin Laden: 9/11 to Death in Pakistan. He was very strategic with his way of getting interviews with people, this helped him land three interviews with bin Laden. Bin Laden was even said to have been "impressed by Mr. Fisk’s determination to find him, his brazenness, his Arabic…" (Davison) regardless of his status.
