When it comes to catching a reader's' eye in newspaper, the front page takes all the responsibility. In a technology heavy world that we are living in today, people rarely have time to actually sit down and read pages of newspaper. Instead, they would take a glance at the front page and call it a day.
Just like Plato once said:"Rhetoric is the art of ruling the minds of men." A great example from today, The Daily Post, takes advantage of the visual rhetorics to make sure the readers' minds are engaged from the first second they look at the news by adding vivid pictures to the front page.
