Improving the Experience at Angel’s Landing

Angel's Landing is one of the many trails of Zion's National Park in Saint George, Utah. It's a highly frequented landmark for the people of Utah and the many travelers that seek to experience Zion's National Park. The growing popularity of this area has caused the experience to be less than desirable. "Zion saw more than 5 million people in 2021, making it the second-most-visited national park in the U.S." To rectify the overcrowding, the Park has decided to adopt a ticked system for guests to be allowed to enter. The writer includes pictures at the beginning of this article that help get their point across. However, the images used were from one of the busiest times of the year, Thanksgiving weekend. The pictures of the long line of visitors and crowds of people waiting to get into the Park may possibly help convince the guests that the new system will be beneficial. The stats about the occupancy of the 2021 year also helps to drive home that the system is needed.
