Year by year, the world of journalism is rapidly evolving. Whether it be for good, or for worse. In NiemanLab's, "Predictions for Journalism 2022," Robert Hernandez, assures that journalism in 2021, "will be swept away and replaced by newer, younger, more diverse journalism that looks like my students." Journalism in 2022 will revolve around new interests, trends, and may even be affected by newer technological advances.
To create a greater change, Francesco Zaffarano urges journalists that "it's time to meet with your community." Zaffarano believes this will lead to a solution in order to put an end to "repeating the same patterns." Many predict there will be a fresh beginning to journalism in 2022, but it will all begin with some change.
