When looking into our daily news we can see a variety of different journalists covering topics from every corner of the globe. When doing my research I came across Yaroslav Trofimov. He works for the Wall Street Journal as their chief foreign-affairs correspondent. In these past years he has covered the Taliban takeover Afghanistan and working out of Ukraine as war rages. Because of his work, alongside many other journalists, we are able to stay educated on the events going on around the world. Most recently, he covered Ukrainian troops as they retreated from Severdonetk after fighting a long battle.
