There are many factors that can contribute to the lack of sleep that people in every age group experience. And there are many facts and myths that people tend to try out to try and help the solve there sleep spell. The lack of sleep that people are getting is getting to crisis level. One of the Biggest facts to be proven is when one wakes up in the middle of the night they should not check there smart phone, the blue light is proven to stimulate the brain and cause a longer waking period. Then you loose sleep and are tired and cranky the next morning. CNN goes to say "Banning smartphones (or any electrical device that emits blue light) from the bedroom an hour or so before bed and all through the night is a must for good slumber, experts say. Light tells the body to stop producing melatonin, the body’s natural sleep aid, and studies have shown that blue light is especially toxic to sleep."
