Two senators by the name of Bill Cassidy and Amy Klobuchar expressed gratitude for the journalist reporting in Ukraine. Journalists have traveled to Ukraine to report on the war between Russia and Ukraine. This way those that are unaware of the details surrounding the conflict can get insight into what is going on. However, reporting in Ukraine has become a more dangerous experience. Earlier this month, a vehicle containing Fox News reporters was attacked which resulted in the death of a cameraman and journalist. The two senators wanted to bring awareness to the dangers of reporting in Ukraine along with informing other journalists how grateful they were for their sacrifices. It was also stated in the article that "it is possible that additional Ukrainian and foreign have been or will be injured and killed" if Russia's invasion continues. These tragic deaths have shown the dangers of reporting in foreign or even war-inhabited areas.
