The megadrought happening in Los Angeles right now has been going on for the past 22 years. It is said to be the worst drought in over 1200 years! Why now over such a long period of time? It’s the greenhouse gases, of course. “The researchers found the current drought wouldn’t be nearly as severe without global warming”. Climate change is a real thing and is being proven all over the world. Without the greenhouse gases, this mega drought wouldn‘t be no where near as dramatic. It makes perfect sense as to why California has implemented so many motor vehicle restrictions and laws, and probably also why gas is so expensive. Electric cars would definitely be the way to go, if only they were a little cheaper. https://www.latimes.com.
