False news has always been a problem since the inception of the internet. People will assume information about a topic without confirming it first and type away angrily at their keyboards. However, less commonly, fake news may come out in the form of a Ukrainian president telling its people to lay down their arms and to stop fighting Russia. In response to the fake video, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated "We are defending our land, our children, our families. So we don't plan to lay down any arms. Until our victory."
