Tribes of the Amazon

In 2018, journalist Tariq Tahir, authored the article Amazon tribes found living in complete isolation: Photos | news.com.au — Australia’s leading news site, giving insight on the conditions of about 100 tribes living in isolation. Tahir researched and investigated going into the rainforest to share the history of the indigenous people and to understand their culture outside of modern living. Tahir expressed "Amazonian tribes have belief system sees the rainforest as the home of spiritual life, with every flower, plant and animal containing its own spirits." The Amazonian tribes are so used to being isolated and unbothered by the outside world, that little contact can spread harsh diseases rapidly because their immune system has never encountered modern diseases. Not only do they have to worry about diseases, but they have to protect their land from "land and farm grabbers", Tahir claimed "The uncontacted tribes live in extreme isolation in the forest and are rarely filmed.

Over the years their fear of the encroaching world has led to them to develop a fear of contact with outsiders. They often fire their bows and arrows at helicopters or planes that make contact with them."
