Variations of the front page

I spent one week looking at today's front pages and analyzing the different techniques used to grab the attention of the reader. Every day the front page had lots of colors and usually had a large picture that corresponds to the main article that is showcased that day. As for the actual context, it was interesting to click through different newspapers from different parts of America, and while they may have had articles on the same or similar topics depending on the region they had more of either a liberal or conservative point of view.
