Wendy’s founder Dave Thomas was adopted and has always thought that every child deserved to be adopted. Wendy’s has been a great asset to the foundation and has helped children who are in foster care get adopted. Over the years, Wendy’s has contributed to the foundation by selling books, frosty key tags, and putting codes on their cups. In 2008 Wendy’s decided to put a Snapchat code to get more donations to the foundation. Wendy’s advertisement “Support Adoption” is an effective ad that persuades consumers to purchase a drink to support adoption.
