Working out

One of my favorite hobbies in the morning is working out in the gyms. Working out 2 hours a day, 5 days a week is not only good for my physical health but mental health as well. Exercise increases your heart rate, thus also increases the amount of blood that’s being pumped into the body. This results in more blood being supplied with oxygen, and the oxygen is then supplied to the brain. The more oxygen your brain has the better memory, and learning ability. Also seeing your own body improve over time is a real confidence booster. There are a wide variety of areas that need an equal amount of training in order to get a full body workout in. For beginners, you should workout 3-4 days a week (Upper Body and lower body plus cardio separated into the 3 days) and make sure you're consistent with your workouts. I'm not at the stage yet where I should be taking working out seriously yet.

When it comes to the shape of your body, it all depends on how you workout in the gym. For example, cardio burns the most calories so it will result in a more lean and compact muscle structure. While hard work in the gym will result in an inverted triangle like muscle structure. When it comes to staying healthy, a good diet plan is important as well. According to experts at PARAS HMRI Hospital “ Good Nutrition is important for your body and processes. It is important to have a balanced diet rich in all nutrients to ensure that no deficiencies or hormonal imbalances are created in the body. Nutrition is also important for you to boost your immunity and give it the ability to fight against diseases.” Staying in shape and keeping track of what goes in your body can help people live a longer life. I just thought I'd share my two cents on what it means to stay healthy.
