An article by Alessio Mamo speaks on his view on the Pyramids in Sudan, a country he was intrigued by because of the people. “I was attracted to a nation that had managed — through the strength, creativity and determination of its people — to free itself from a dictatorship.” Through his photos, he captures the people and deeply explains Sudan’s archeological sites might now be seen by tourists more often. He hopes to spark up the audience’s interest from his photos. Although he wrote about other historical places, he believes these pyramids are the main attraction and hope to give the audience a slight view of what he had the opportunity to see before the pandemic.
