College sports is a dream for many athletes and sadly with covid many players find it exponentially harder to talk to colleges. During football season it was a ncaa dead period due to covid so coaches could not come out for games which made it hard on players to get exposure, as well as colleges having less scholarships to give out. These challenges combine to make it a very daunting task to try to play college. One of my friends Dylan Collins was interviewed by the dallas morning news about this, “It was kind of a trust-the-process idea,” Collins said. “Just go step-by-step, and eventually the dominos will knock down to where you want them to be.” Overall it has been a hard year but many athletes will perservere and find whats best for them.
