At What End?

The past few months have been an extremely unpredictable time for the planet as a whole. With the recent outbreak of the novel Covid-19, every industry is changing rapidly, and with that has come layoffs. An article from CNBC lists recent data on the potential layoffs of "47 million" due to the virus. Millions of Americans are now living in fear of losing their jobs, as the economy is continuing to fall. While companies are trying to hold onto their employees, it is far too difficult to ensure job safety with no end in the near future.
