Teenagers nowadays use their phones for almost everything, but the main use of cellphones is to use social media. Not just any social media, but Snapchat. "Snapchat is the 6th most popular app in the US", and has evolved a lot since its release in 2012. It's become more than posting 10 second pictures on your story and sending funny pictures to your friends. It is now a targeted news source for teenagers. Snapchat takes statistics on what we are interested in and slickly throws news articles on our home page, as well as breaking news. Is this a win for news sources or a major loss? What are we going to do when before we know it all news sources are out of business and we feel obligated to go on Snapchat to stay involved?
