Chris Hansen worked on Dateline NBC for a few years, covering various disasters and underground criminal operations, going in depth and exposing even terrorist actions at some points. Later on, he would go on to draw more of the public's attention to being careful and focusing on safety with his show To Catch A Predator, where he would investigate and prevent sexual predators from doing harm or crime to young people. He would additionally work with the police to promote justice as he did so, leading to a strong reputation that he has today. In late news, Hansen will be starting up a new show similar to To Catch A Predator, as seen with some of his late Facebook posts, saying "Looking forward to having all of you on #TeamChrisHansen to help expose predators on the internet with Hansen Vs.
