Corona-virus Disinformation

bharper6

Disinformation continuously changes beliefs on many topics around the globe. Some has at least a little truth to it, but other times, it is completely fake news. For example, recent reports claim "that deaths by the virus reached into the hundreds of thousands [and] the virus was a bio weapon run amok or that the United States had created [it]." Disinformation is often believable because of how calculated, intricate, and numerous it is in scale. Russians are believed to stem the fake news and they do so in a very sophisticated manner. Reasoning behind intentionally spreading fake news is simply to manipulate the beliefs of people across the country. https://www.forbes.com/sites/waynerash/2020/02/24/coronavirus-disinformation-may-have-contributed-to-market-drop/#5cf3204125a7
