DON'T PANIC!

Kinser Malicoat

In times like this everyone is going to be glued to a screen. For the people who are getting sucked into the news because you want to know every detail of the current pandemic, this is for you. "Pandemic rhetoric draws on literature from rhetoric, risk communication, trust research and media studies. A central objective is to study the notions of ethos and the rhetorical situation where legacy media lose ground to social media." (UiO,department of media and communication, https://www.hf.uio.no/imk/english/research/projects/pandemic-rhetoric/) In other words, when it comes to the risk of the pandemic, you as a consumer should look to a media outlet that has done the proper statistic and research to provide the best advice.
