It is evident that fake news has always been out there. However, I feel that since Donald Trump came into office, he was the one that made it more mainstream and took over it. The misinformation leads to a lot of propaganda. This leads us to the next problem that we’ve been facing frequently, the way we receive and share information in order for us to be aware of what is surrounding us. BBC has a series of fake news and disinformation to alert the people of the main problem. I feel like they are clearly doing their due diligence as well to filter information that is being presented to the people.
