Facebook, the social media site of mind-bogglingly large proportions is notorious for it's spread of malignant information around the internet as it's a primary news source for much of the American population.
Recently, with the COVID crisis we all know about, Facebook is now having to release to millions of it's 2.2 Billion users that they had received "fake news" about the crisis. Despite the simple misleading information to the life-threatening and seemingly haughty posts originating here, Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook's chief executive has promised us that he has made it his goal to make "sure that you see accurate and authoritative information across all of our apps".
