Fast Fashion

There is nothing that teenage girls love more than buying new wardrobes for each season. Most fashion brands tend to release 4 new lines of clothes per year, resulting in fast fashion. You might only think about the clothes entering the store, but choose to never think about the labor that went into the production of these clothes. The answer to this is only 2 factors - labor abuse and environmental pollution. Stores enforcing fast fashion practice producing cheap clothes as fast and as frequently as they can, which is why their prices are so low. A prime example is the internet store Romwe. Romwe holds trendy seasonal clothes at insanely low prices, leading many teenagers to purchase large orders from this store. To produce all of these items, leads to extreme pollution of the environment and almost all employees are not treated fairly as they come from economically troubled countries. Next time you're buying from a fast fashion company, think about all the work that went into getting those articles in the store, and if it's really worth it. https://mamoq.com/blogs/the-journal/what-is-fast-fashion-and-why-is-it-bad
