COVID-19 has taken over the world but I wanted to see what the main focus of some news front pages would be in Europe. I selected Poland and UK since I saw more pictures in the front page. Observing new paper published in Poland, I noticed the word “laboratorium”. I figured this news is talking about more than just deaths and preventions. The statement on the front cover of Kurier Poranny translates into, “Laboratory testing for coronavirus was started on UMB”. The UK newspaper had a similar message on the front cover. The Daily Mail published in London UK stated, “Humbled into action, Health Secretary promises 100,000 virus test a day by May.” These topics focused more on the testing aspect of the Covid-19 instead of the deaths, preventions, or grocery news. The two countries in Europe seem to have the same problems.
