It's an intimidating title that will definitely grab your attention if you're just scrolling past articles to read. If you saw the words "NO ONE IS SAFE" in all capitals with bolded font, you would absolutely want to know why you aren't safe. Later in the article, it discusses that "More than 300 Alabama healthcare workers diagnosed with coronavirus".
