Graveyard shift can actually lead one in a downward path.

sdecambre2

In the article "The overnight shift is killing you -- so here's what you can do" published by Nicole Lyn Pesce, she highlights the health risks that working overnight and eating have on the body. By doing so she takes statistics and studies of how these graveyard shifts have been linked to diseases such as diabetes and cancer. These are due to the behaviors of overnight activity such as eating junk, smoking, and even fatigue linked to car accidents. One of the best ways is said to combat is to "... to get a full "nights" sleep when you get home, so make your room as night-like as possible" and many others.
