Today misinformation, often referred to as fake news has been a plague on society with multiple calls and attacks from our current president to destroy it. Some companies are taking the initiative to help deplete the spread of this fake news. "WhatsApp is to impose a strict new limit on message forwarding" to both please the users but also stop the spread of misinformation. By doing this users will be less likely to be spammed by forwards by their friends but will also have a far better chance of avoiding reading misinformation and then from there spreading it on to others. This incoming restriction just goes to show how problematic this issue has become and has many citizens losing trust in media all together.
