The American Dream to have that lovely house with the white picketed fence, manicured lawn, and awesome people living next to you. So a lot of times we look for that perfect estate thinking that if we have all those things we have arrive no matter the price tag. Yes I said it HOA can be some of the most nosiest , ruthless, and annoying set of a collected firm that are to have your housing communities best interest that mind you that you pay monthly or yearly. I have read articles in Texas that one HOA would not allow a brand new F-150 truck to grace the driveway of the property are you kidding me. To the point were they filed a lean on the man's home for fines until he removed it from the property where it could be seen. Not being able to drive a Ford F-150, F250, or any other monster truck is like having " a sandwich with no meat". So will you pay for a HOA Darth Vadar or just move to the country with no HOA with still a very nice property.?
