Due to COVID-19, many people lost their jobs and still struggle to find a job. As a person who normally works two jobs, I lost one of them, and ever since the pandemic started it has been difficult to apply for internships as well as getting jobs.This is where LinkedIn and Indeed comes into play. Both companies help individuals look for job opportunities; on the other hand, both companies have slight differences. According to LinkdeIn's mission statement, their purpose is to, "connect the world's professionals to make then more productive and successful." (Alba etc.) Similar to Facebook, LinkedIn helps professors in certain industries connect with each other. Whereas Indeed, helps individuals search for jobs that are currently available in their area.
