Ireland Tightens Covid Restrictions.

jlemon1

It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone at this point that Covid-19 is here to stay. Ireland joins one of many countries to increase restrictions. While most countries want to be able to loosen up their regulations, unfortunately it's not always possible. In Ireland's case, they are adding countries to their list of "High-Risk" list, requiring citizens from these High-Risk countries to quarantine in a hotel among entry to Ireland. The Irish Health Minister, Stephen Donnelly discussed the new strains of Covid that have begun appearing, he said, ""These variants pose a significant risk to our fight against this disease and our vaccination programme." Now with the development that other strains are popping up across the world, it is a sign of the glaring inability to control the virus across the globe, while all countries are being hit hard, some are getting hit harder, and Ireland is trying not to be one of them.
