Is Social Distancing Working?

If you are not familiar with 'social distancing', which would be a surprise, it is the new practice of keeping personal distance from others to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The government and CDC have suggested you remain at least six feet apart from others to keep yourself and others uncontaminated. In New York City, which has the highest recorded cases of any city in the United States, social distance is said to be working. According to NPR news, the Governor of New York stated social distancing "pointed to lowering rates in the state of hospitalizations, intubations, and people admitted to ICUs." As more and more people social distance, less seem to be having encounters with Coronavirus. The practice of social distancing is widely practice across the world as governments actively endorse it. If the outcome of social distancing in NYC follows suit, the majority of the world should slow in COVID-19 cases. Are you social distancing?
