Journalism in the Wild

October

Updated: Apr 3, 2020

Journalism is the act and or profession of researching, observing, writing, and documenting current events as well as broadcasting them for newspapers, magazines, news websites, and social media. Journalism in America was once humble and was giving the freedom of the press in the first amendment, following the revolutionary war journalism was vibrant with life in America and became a driving political force. Nowadays there is no room for scandalous journalism in our society and there aren't any more natouruis figures in America outside of politics. That is why I appreciate journalists like Robert Fisk, who is an interesting British journalist who's had the chance to interview the likes of Osama bin laden. I appreciate this kind of journalism because it's real and it's relevant to issues that concern all of us. Link - https://www.nyfa.edu/student-resources/top-12-influential-journalists-today/
