As important as the events of our country are, we are simply a fraction of the news and events on a global scale. Journalists from our country travel far and wide to research and report on a variety of different things. One of my personal favorite journalists was chef, food critique, author and reporter Anthony Bourdain. He would frequently travel around the world to many remote locations to report on their food as well as their lifestyle. When reporters sat down and interviewed his younger brother (https://www.today.com/food/anthony-bourdain-s-brother-talks-about-chef-s-greatest-accomplishment-t156651) he praised his brother, stating " He was going where no one else was and publishing things people knew nothing about". Unfortunately, Bourdain past away 2 years ago the due to an apparent suicide. Although he may be gone, his discoveries and stories live on forever.
